Practice Philosophy

We know that each patient we see is a unique individual with special personal and family needs. Our goal is to determine those needs and make them our highest priority.  Each family and child will receive one-on-one attention while we determine if teeth are erupting and developing properly as well as, help establish at home techniques to keep a life long healthy smile. Our focus is on comprehensive care that includes: education, prevention, early detection, and treatment of dental disease in a fun, caring environment to ensure you and your child feel right at home!

We try our best to accommodate our patients when scheduling appointments. We have found through experience that children who are preschool aged or require extensive dental work are best in the morning. They are fresher and can have a more positive experience.

Some appointments may require the child to miss some school, their absence is considered excused. With continued care, appointments during school can be kept to a minimum.  Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for your child. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your child's appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, but we ask for your help as a courtesy to all of our patients. Continued broken confirmed appointments will result in an additional charge.

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary greatly, we can only estimate coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. The estimated patient portion or co-pay must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
