Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Unless you have made a special arrangement, payment is expected at the time treatment is administered. We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
We are committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits and will gladly submit all insurance claims for you as a courtesy. We accept all PPO insurances, and we are a preferred provider for Delta Dental insurance company. Because insurance policies vary greatly, we can only estimate coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. The estimated patient portion or co-pay must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them. Please contact us if your policy has not been paid within 30 days.
